Job Description:-

Handling day-to-day operations for seamless blood collection, pickup & drop.
Responsible for ensuring smooth operations across the cities to the agreed SLA’S.
Responsible for the city expansion to increase the order growth and
Responsible for First Mile and Last mile Delivery Operations with adhering full accuracy & fulfilment rate to ensure the report
Responsible for handling the team across cities and ensuring them adhere to the Standard operational
Responsible for conducting training programs to the internal teams to keep the team well versed with the latest industry
Responsible for being bridge between the Central and City teams to handle and ensure a smooth ops process and connecting with the internal IT Teams for a better version of App and Website features for the business
Responsible for publishing the roaster and aligning with the team to run the daily operations

Competency Requirement-:

Graduation/MLT(BSc.)/DMLT
Self-driven & motivated with quick decision-making and analytical skills
Astute Observation, proactive.
The ability to work Independent and as part of a
Proven leadership and team-building skills, coupled with the ability to direct teams in managing customer relationships and providing
Healthcare Industry would be added advantage but not a compulsion for the right fitment.

Experience – 2-5 Yrs

Job Description:-

Collect and tag specimens using vacutainer needles for collection.
Develop effective collection techniques.
Properly package each specimen with the same TRF and ensure on-time delivery of samples to the laboratory.
Maintain the required temperature for samples.
Maintain the inventory provided and provide the details of consumables at the end of stock.
Maintain good healthy relations with colleagues and supervisor.
Answer the patients’ questions related to collection.
Collect the cash from patients wherever required and deposit it into the bank on the same day.

Requirements:-

Job Description:-

Collection of samples for phlebotomists on time.
Checking the temperature of the temperature boxes containing the samples, also maintaining it the delivery of the sample to the laboratory.
Handover the samples to the concerned laboratory on time and taking the acknowledgement from the laboratory.
Ensure that samples such as urine do not leak.
